Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

Makes

  • 1 14oz tin of artichokes
  • 0.5 cups whole egg mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cups parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 - 3 cloves garlic, crushed

Preparation

  1. Combine the ingredients in a blender until smooth
  2. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until slightly brown
  3. Serve with crusty bread
