Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
Makes
- 1 14oz tin of artichokes
- 0.5 cups whole egg mayonnaise
- 0.5 cups parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 - 3 cloves garlic, crushed
Preparation
- Combine the ingredients in a blender until smooth
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until slightly brown
- Serve with crusty bread
