Baked Peaches

  • 4 peahces, sliced in half
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat oven to 425°F
  2. Place peaches, cut-side-up, in a small baking dish and sprinkle with sugar
  3. Bake for 15 minutes until they are soft and the juices are bubbling. Remove from the oven and cool slightly
  4. To Serve: Serve with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce
