Beef Lasagna

- Bolognese sauce (see [Spaghetti Bolognese](/spaghetti-bolognese.html))
- 50g butter melted
- 2 tablespoons plain flour
- 1.5 cups milk
- 1 cup grated cheese
- Ground pepper
- Lasagna sheets
Preparation
- To Make Cheese Sauce
- Melt butter in saucepan
- Add flour and stir to a paste
- Add milk & stir until thickened
- Add cheese & pepper and stir until melted
- To Assemble the Lasagne
- Spray dish with olive oil
- Thin covering of mince on base
- Add layers of pasta, then cheese sauce, the mince. Make sure lasagne sheets are completely covered by cheese layer.
- Top layer is just pasta, then cheese sauce, then grated cheese
