Brownies

- 80g Butter
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 2/3 cup caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 100g chocolate chips (get a block of lindt 70% and chop it up)
Preparation
- Pre-heat oven to 180C
- Melt butter then take off heat and mix in cocoa and caster sugar and then the eggs.
- Sift in flour and baking powder then mix in. Add chocolate and stir in.
- Grease a baking tin and put a piece of baking paper in the bottom. Pour in mix and cook for 20-30 mins. It's ready when you can poke a skewer in and it comes out clean.
