  • 80g Butter
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 2/3 cup caster sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 100g chocolate chips (get a block of lindt 70% and chop it up)

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180C
  2. Melt butter then take off heat and mix in cocoa and caster sugar and then the eggs.
  3. Sift in flour and baking powder then mix in. Add chocolate and stir in.
  4. Grease a baking tin and put a piece of baking paper in the bottom. Pour in mix and cook for 20-30 mins. It's ready when you can poke a skewer in and it comes out clean.
