Chocolate Biscuits

- 4oz Butter (=113 grams)
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1/2 cup coconut
- Vanilla
Preparation
- Pre-heat oven to 180C
- Melt butter in large microwave dish
- Add remaining ingredients and stir
- Pour into shallow lamington tin such that biscuits are around 1.5-2.0 cm thick
- Bake for 12-15 minutes
