  • 4oz Butter (=113 grams)
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • Vanilla

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180C
  2. Melt butter in large microwave dish
  3. Add remaining ingredients and stir
  4. Pour into shallow lamington tin such that biscuits are around 1.5-2.0 cm thick
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes
