  • 200g unsalted butter
  • 100g castor sugar
  • 260g plain flour

Preparation

  1. Combine the butter and sugar in an electric mixer, then add the flour and continue mixing until a crumble-like texture is obtained.
  2. Spread the crumble on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes or until golden.
