Iced Pourover

Ingredients

Makes 1 cup

  • 16.3g coffee
  • 160g boiling water
  • 90g ice

Preparation

  1. Grind 16.3g coffee on a relatively fine grind for a filter/V60. Place in the V60.
  2. Put 90g ice in the bottom of the V60 carafe
  3. Pour in 40g of water (~15 seconds) and allow to bloom for 45 seconds
  4. At 1:00, pour in an additional 40g water. This should take about 10 seconds.
  5. At 1:20, 1:40 and 2:00, pour in an additional 40g water.
  6. Allow to drain. Swirl to melt any additional ice. Serve over ice.
