Peanut Butter Oat Balls

Ingredients

Makes About 24-30 balls

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1.5 cups smooth peanut butter
  • 1 cup flax meal
  • 0.5 cups chia seeds
  • 1.5 cups honey
  • 0.5 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Preparation

  1. Microwave honey and peanut butter together in short bursts until liquid enough to mix into the dry ingredients.
  2. Add chocolate chips and gently stir through.
  3. Roll into balls, each about 1-2 tablespoons size.
  4. Freeze on a baking tray before transferring into freezer bag.
