Peanut Butter Oat Balls
Ingredients
Makes About 24-30 balls
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1.5 cups smooth peanut butter
- 1 cup flax meal
- 0.5 cups chia seeds
- 1.5 cups honey
- 0.5 cups dark chocolate chips
- 0.5 tsp salt
Preparation
- Microwave honey and peanut butter together in short bursts until liquid enough to mix into the dry ingredients.
- Add chocolate chips and gently stir through.
- Roll into balls, each about 1-2 tablespoons size.
- Freeze on a baking tray before transferring into freezer bag.
