- 15g coffee
- 250g boiling water

Preparation
- Grind 15g coffee on a medium grind setting and place in the V60.
- 0:00 - Slowly pour in 50g of boiling water (~10 seconds). Swirl gently then allow to bloom for 40 seconds
- At 0:50, pour in an additional 50g water. This should take about 10 seconds.
- At 1:10, 1:30 and 1:50, pour in an additional 50g water.
- Swirl gently then allow to drain. This should take about 1 minute.
