  • 8 Bartlet/Bosc pears
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 3 teaspoons caster sugar

Preparation

  1. Slice and seed 8 pears
  2. Add to a large stock pot with 1/2 cup of water and 3 tsp caster sugar
  3. Cook over medium-low heat until the pears start to soften
