Stewed Pears
Ingredients
Makes
- 8 Bartlet/Bosc pears
- 1/2 cup of water
- 3 teaspoons caster sugar
Preparation
- Slice and seed 8 pears
- Add to a large stock pot with 1/2 cup of water and 3 tsp caster sugar
- Cook over medium-low heat until the pears start to soften
