Tahini Dressing

Ingredients

Makes 1½ cups

  • 120ml room temperature water, plus additional to thin as needed
  • ½ cup (120ml) tahini
  • ¼ cup (60ml) lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 Tbsp tamari
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper

Preparation

  1. Add all dressing ingredients to a blender, food processor, or medium bowl.
  2. Blend or whisk by hand until smooth and slightly whipped. Add water, 1 Tbsp at a time, if a thinner dressing is desired.
