Tahini Dressing
Ingredients
Makes 1½ cups
- 120ml room temperature water, plus additional to thin as needed
- ½ cup (120ml) tahini
- ¼ cup (60ml) lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 Tbsp tamari
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
Preparation
- Add all dressing ingredients to a blender, food processor, or medium bowl.
- Blend or whisk by hand until smooth and slightly whipped. Add water, 1 Tbsp at a time, if a thinner dressing is desired.
